i have really enjoyed the last month. tim had no school, it was so nice to spend time with him(i like him alot.) im not sure im ready for the semester to start, if it is anything like the last one he'll be studying for hours, and hours. i will admit it isn't my favorite thing, to have him studying all the time, but i am so thankful that he does. he has learned so much and im sure it is making a better future for us and our(future)children.
thankfully, i have my in-laws to keep me busy i have learned so many things living with them. sewing and cooking from karen, and shoping from andrea(thanks andy)
after a long, hard day of shoping.
it has been an eye-opener living in sin city. it's true, i lived in a bubble while growing up, but i have decided that is not a bad thing. i have met so many people that have had a crazy, hard life. some came from situations i honeslty thought only existed in movies. it scares me to think that i am going to, one day, bring children into this harsh world.
with the bad comes the good. it has be so fun to have things to do at nights. tim and i have been able to go to concerts, and shows on the strip. there are endless resturant choices. and almost anything you want, is avaliable no matter what time it is.
so,for now, we will enjoy the time we do get to spend together, and be thankful for family close by.
whoot whoot that is right, this women knows how to shop. We really are having a good ol time. he he love ya
ReplyDeleteHey Emily! I finally found your blog! ;) It was good to see you guys over the christmas break. Your tribute post to your grandpa hatch is so sweet...I LOVE that you turned his truck tailgate into your headboard over your bed...it looks so cool! How creative, I would have never thought to do that, and it turned out GREAT! And I bet it really means a lot to you to be able to see that everyday. :)
